Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise displays, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory processes and minimize cash handling risks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies, perform cleaning duties, and ensure product safety.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle alcoholic beverages if required by state and local regulations.
