Join our team as a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi! In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through efficient cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
