Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
