Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise.
• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
