Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
