Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
