Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with the store management team and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
