Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers a full-time opportunity with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
