Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
