Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register, handle equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
