Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and contributing to a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
