Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and offers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
