Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual appeal, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
