Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, and contributing to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and handling purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report any issues to the management team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
