Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Feedback provision on products, inventory, and cashiering
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
