Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficient operation and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma preferred with prior retail work experience.
