Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, customers are assisted, and the overall shopping experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take part in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
