Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
