Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cashier efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
• Assist in inventory management and store cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
