Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
