Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising tasks and maintain product displays.
• Complete cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers and provide outstanding service.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and cash handling.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
