Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
