Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations following ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and help customers with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
