Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. As a Full-Time position, you will have the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Providing top-notch customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Working collaboratively with team members and management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhering to company policies, including cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
