Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking products and keeping shelves neat.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures to uphold store standards.
• Participate in inventory management activities and provide feedback on product quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
