Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
