Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provides exceptional customer service, and upholds company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
