Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and teamwork. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and professional skills
  • Assist customers and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
  • Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
  • Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company standards

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
