Job Description

Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in retail desired.
