Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, general cleaning, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise products and maintain displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
