Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report to management
• Follow cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
