Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Track inventory, provide feedback on products, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately to prevent losses and ensure security.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess good customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail operations and equipment usage.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience beneficial.
