Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping, provide exceptional service, and collaborate with team members
• Stock shelves, process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers
• Experience in retail settings and familiarity with equipment operations preferred
• Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
