Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
