Store Team Member Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment
• Proficient in customer service and cleaning duties
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
