Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to offer exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multi-task effectively.
