We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will engage with customers, maintain a tidy store environment, and operate the cash register efficiently. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
