Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the store's security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
