Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
