Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive top-notch service, and products are stocked efficiently.

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and report to management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
