Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Team Member at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain product displays and shelves in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
