Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and share feedback with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register experience required.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
