Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with your team members, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Contribute to store inventory counts, upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
