Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock products efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
