Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
