Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in product counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
