Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
