Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold exceptional customer service standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow company protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
• Combination of education and experience equivalent
