Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stock shelves and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks related to stocking and store maintenance.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Capability to operate equipment and follow cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience a plus.
