We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
